Lively homeware store doing click and collect throughout covid

Dunelm is a large homeware store in Cramlington - the old Focus site. In the current Covid pandemic, it is very secure, with hand sanitizers available as soon as you enter and screens at the checkouts. The staff are very helpful - we bought a large rug recently and the lady pointed out marks on it that we didn't see. Very good customer service.
Just popped in for a couple of things and was very impressed with the service. Went for a coffee and sandwich. What fabulous service!! Very well organized. Polite staff who were clear in what they needed from the public. Very polite and friendly. Spotlessly clean with antibacterial spray used after every customer. Would be very happy to use again...... And then an added bonus when I came to pay 1/2 price as well!! Thank you very much

Cafe advertising cream teas . Unfortunately fridge had broken down. However helpful assistant suggested alternative and offered discount. Overall still a nice experience. Been again. This time cream teas available. Can't fault it. Once again visited. This time tables had not been cleared. Sat next to a table for 45 minutes and was still there when we left. Been back twice now. Environment greatly improved. Nice and tidy. Staff pleasant. The poor quality a few weeks ago must have been an unusual occurrence. Nice to see it back to what I assume is normal. Back again. Apple pie and coffee very inviting.
