Customer service was absolutely rubbish... I bought a camera there and went straight to my car to set it up. Unfortunately I found it to be faulty. I went back to the store to swap it for another., however they did not have any more in stock. They offered me a refund which would take a few days to ho back into my bank. I explained that I needed the camera for this evening ( Halloween ). Customer services said that there was absolutely nothing that they could do. I was left in a position where I could not go to somewhere else to buy another camera because they could not refund my money straight away. I had to actually push customer service to look to see if any other stores had the same camera in stock. I eventually travelled to Kingston park branch where a guy called Daniel was more than helpful. I was left frustrated and angry with the Cramlington branch.... perhaps they need to look at there staff training. On hind sight I should have just gone to Argos

Went in looking for a laptop for my daughter, who is starting college soon. Despite the shop being busy, we had no trouble finding a member of staff to help. Told the lady we were working within a strict budget & she really went out of her way to find us the best package possible, within that budget. She was incredibly patient & helpful & it was nowhere near as complicated as I'd imagined it would be. Extremely good customer service.

An honest review. I wanted to check if a particular store had an item in stock. The website would only show that I could order items to be delivered to a store, not if a store had some in stock. I tried ringing customer services and after endless automated options there was no answer. I drove to the shop and was told I had to order online as they did not have to item in stock. I ordered two items, one expensive and one cheap to be delivered next day. Quick and simple. I was emailed to pick up my items from the shop next day. On arriving I was asked to wait at the desk and after around 5 minutes I was told one item had not arrived yet. I would be emailed when it came in. 9 days later now I recieve an email to say they can't fulfill my order and one item has been refunded. Terrible experience and I'll just use amazon in future.
