Avoid .. Terrible customer service! Ordered and paid deposit on a bike, a very expensive one at that! Bike hasn’t arrived when supposed to after waiting a lengthy time, no phone call to apologize or give update on what’s going on. Called them up, no help at all and no genuine explanation, just very poor attitude and excuses. Asked for deposit back and will take my custom else where!

I haven't made a decision on whether to buy the bike yet, but first impressions count for a lot. Everyone who I spoke to both today and through email has been nothing but pleasant, helpful and informative. Once I arrived I was made to feel welcome, before getting out for a ride on a demo bike. Everything was clear from start to finish and the staff spent a fair amount of their time talking to me and looking for ways to which to resolve any little niggles that I had. I've left there without a new bike this time, but they've certainly given me enough help and information for me to make the decision in the near future. I'd be happy to buy from here and I'm confident that they're care and aftersales will be to the same standard.
