Managed a walk along the accessible section of the bridle path and marvelled at the colours of autumn. In reality, \New England in the Fall\ pales on comparison to \Elan Valley in the Autumn\!

Glad to be able to visit again. Social distancing in place. Visitor centre is closed but there is a van selling drinks and snacks. So many walking routes so it is easy to keep a safe distance.
A fantastic day out with beautiful scenery, great reservoirs to walk, cycle or drive this is just one to visit. Plenty of picnic beaches to enjoy lunch, forest walks and Magnificent scenery
A must-see landmark during your journey through the Elan valley. When the water level is high the increased flow over the dam creates a frothing white water cascade. Anyone who is into photography could produce some stunning pictures if this.
Amazing view's especially down into the valley. Great views as you approach. We rode there, and would highly recommend if you like riding.
