Crafted

I don’t like writing bad reviews but the take away service from crafted is absolutely diabolical, 3 times we have ordered food from crafted and every single time the food has arrived over 2-3 hours late , the food has also arrived stone cold and the packaging battered around. After talking with the manager on the phone we found him to be very condescending with a “I don’t really care attitude “ would definitely give this take away a miss as there are many other great burger places that will deliver your food hot and in time instead of waiting for a full load before sending the food.

The food was amazing. I attended a work leaving do, and the staff where friendly and very knowledgeable about the food they sell.

DELICIOUS! We ordered the Valentine's deal and got 2 burgers, loaded fries, a side and 2 cocktails for 30 and what a deal it was. Both the vegan and non vegan food were really flavourful, descent portions and good delivery considering they were super busy. The chips especially were devine! They were really accomodating with allergies as well, I have a dairy allergy and the lady went through everything I could order in detail for me. They're just really lovely people serving delicious food, would recommend. P.S all packaging was recyclable including the cups

I wish there was a 0 star! The order was made at 6.40 to be delivered at 7.40. At 8, I contacted them and they apologised saying the order has a delay. At 8.20 I received a message saying the order is with the delivery guy and on its way to be delivered at 8.40. At 9, contacted to restaurant. The answer: oh well didn't make it yet! So bad and I won't be ordering from there ever again. A shame cause the food is good!
