Love what this place is trying to achieve for animals. Some people are saying items are too expensive in the shop, but they are only trying to make as much money as they can for the animals who need help. As for the staff, strike up a conversation, they are more than happy to chat! Keep on going wild acre rescue! ️️️

Amazing charity which I have fostered cats/kittens. I have seen first hand how hard these people work to support and help these animals. A charity that deffinatley needs help. We know have fostered a mother cat who came Into us with four kittens. She had been thrown into street. Kittens all with good homes and mom now our cat .

There is no doubt that Wildacre care about the animals, but! The shop is in desperate need of people to run it who know about how to make it work. Too much stock, badly arranged loses sales, at the moment the work that was put into it over lockdown has been destroyed. The people who run it are very rude and unwelcoming, they will sit and stare at you without so much as a smile. As for the website, not updated, disorganised and not easy to navigate. I have tried to access cats for rehoming repeatedly over the last week and a half. The section I need reads that it can't find what I am looking for. Reported to them via Facebook a week ago and was told that somebody may be updating it, tried again this morning, still not working. I asked about a kitten that was added on the 8th of August as one of ours had to be put to sleep and we are thinking of getting a companion for her son because he is so down since her death. Its been a week since I enquired, no reply. Who ever is running this charity, needs more help, volunteers with skills that will give regular attenion to the website/facebook pages. The shop will never reach a healthy profit for you, unless you get the present staff somebody to guide them and sort out the chaos.
