The staff members have all been extremely helpful, from Emily and Julie (so patient with all my queries), Blake and right down to the transport guys. Initial delivery was a week earlier than expected which was awesome. When I had a problem, it was quickly sorted out and chair back at home within two weeks of the initial call. Fantastic response and service. Well done Repose. Your staff are an asset to your business. So far, the chairs appear to be good value, and we'll made & finished off.
