Spent a couple of hours in store yesterday with Ian at Hawks Cycles. Really great customer service. Ian was helpful, supportive, informative and honest in what would be best for my needs. Came away with a great bike, serviced and safety checked and all the accessories I need. Without his help I wouldn’t have know which items were a waste of time for me or which were needed. Thanks again. Really pleased and will return. We have used this store on a number of occasions over the years. Excellent. Free first service included too when I take it back in a couple of months.

Really impressed with the guys at Hawk Cycles, I purchased a bike for a toddler which was ordered built and checked the week before Christmas. The shop seems to be run very well, all the staff were friendly with excellent product knowledge. The bike even came with a pre sale checklist which had been completed by the technician that built the bike and the first annual bike service was included.

Recommended this shop to a friend to browse for a bike but he was refused entry to look because he has a disability that prevents him wearing a mask will not use this place again REPLY ok but guide lines state you must wear a mask unless you have a valid reason Question for you children are also exempt from masks are they not allowed in or is it just people with disabilities
