Would highly recommend Annette from Balloons and Bows who carried out an absolutely fantastic job decorating our venue for a special family party. Nothing was too much trouble; she listened to all we wanted, creating a stunning room in which we celebrated a 90th birthday. So very impressed with how professional she is, but still providing a personal and friendly touch.
