What a mess! Was there this evening for a pickup order that said it would be done at 6:09 ( Valentine’s Day so I figured a little wait) and it was finally ready at almost 7pm. While I was waiting there was a older man who called in his order and they never put it in. Another guy who was there before me had his stuff just sitting in the racks because they kept loosing the tickets. When I got home 2 of our sides were missing. Good food but zero organization.

The dinning room was closed so you have to eat outside with the annoying bugs bothering you. I ordered the fried catfish with macaroni and cheese, turnip greens and corn muffins. For dessert, I ordered the apple pie with vanilla ice cream. The fish, greens and corn muffin were delicious. The macaroni tasted like one of those Kraft mac and cheese boxes with the powdered cheese. The apple pie dessert, I am most disappointed about. It was too much bread. The apples seemed like they were from a can and not fresh. Too much cinnamon. I remember having this dessert some years ago and it was so delicious that I almost bust my gut trying to eat it all. Despite of everything, the food was reasonably priced. If you are careful with what you order, I think you would enjoy your meal.
It was the worst experience ever at a restaurant. My girlfriend and I had to wait over 1 hrs. to get out dinner and it's Valentines Day but the manager gave us our meal free and i tired the waitress 5 it is not the waitress is fault because only 2 waitress showed up! The manager lady on a few things she could of gave a helping hand to the waitresses poor managing skills
My family received the most respectful service, and the most attentive waitress EVER and the food was delicious
Homemade everything! Great food and desserts! And the shop is great also. Enjoyed everything.
