Ordered online, I wait to pick up at the time its supposed to be ready. Parked in one of the curbside pickup spots, called to let them no I was there they said they would be right out. 15 minutes later after watching several other cars come and go with their orders, I walk in and told them I called 15 minutes ago they find my order sitting on the shelf. No apolgogy or nothing. Definitely do not suggest pickup here.

Enjoyed Saturday breakfast w/ 2 sons today. Food was 4-star* (very good*); however, the service from KATIE Y was 10-STAR (double 5-star spectacular). Friendly, very organized with our order and ongoing service and refills, and super helpful with an additional to-go order. She was covering a number of tables but never appeared rushed or exhausted - just a great attitude and work-ethic. Cracker Barrel management should recognize her with an increase and a bonus! * - Cracker Barrel can definitely improve the quality of their coffee with a rich, medium roast Colombian. Current coffee lacks body and has a soapy water aftertaste.
One of our favorite restaurants! Food is always delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel at home. Love the efficiency of the servers. Have never had a negative experience with anyone here.
Ordered a holiday meal to go. Service was good. People were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. You must cook it yourself is a drawback. Do you have 4 hours or can you just go to Kroger for the same thing. You are after all cooking yourself . Why go to Cracker Barrel?
Love Cracker Barrel! But the 40 mins I sat eating the manager obviously aware and walking around did nothing regarding the dirty hazardous floor...wonder what the KITCHEN LOOKS like???
