CRA are by far the best agency I've worked with. I signed up and had a consultation very quickly and at my convenience. The company are very welcoming and friendly - the opposite of intimidating, but also highly professional and efficient. Caroline Naylor made me feel very encouraged and confident about my CV, and had a really good idea about what work would suit me - taking into account what I wanted in a job, what I didn't want, what I was good at and where my experience / qualifications lay. An interview with a law firm was arranged for the following week, and Caroline offered me tips on how to ace it (and even dress code advice!) I had the interview feeling very relaxed suited to the job already because I'd been filled with such confidence. Caroline continued to assist and support me throughout my contract. I'm not with the agency anymore because the firm took me on as an official employee, but if I ever found myself without work again I would definitely go straight back to them. Excellent communication, customer service, support, and you really can tell they have your best interests at heart (and all this in the midst of a global pandemic!!) Thank you Caroline and CRA!
