I had been totally let down by another company. CPS agreed to help me and produced drawings for my beams within a few days. They were passed immediately and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Andy the architect was brilliant. We had ideas on what we want, he turned those ideas into a design. The design was much better than we imagined. He added items and ideas we would never had considered. One or two of his ideas saved us a lot of money. At every stage he gave us advice, updated us as the process moved with the council's planning application. All in all I could not have been happier with Andy and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and if we ever need any help from a architect again, he will be first to call.
Completed plans in good time and for a fair fee. All submissions dealt with on our behalf. Would recommend and will use again. Thank you.
Avoid at all costs... as many others have pointed out, Andy quickly takes the money and then repeatedly delays the work. For us, he lied multiple times about having submitted plans, when he hadn’t. After he did; they were incorrect and got sent back by the council. When trying to correct it, he again sent another wrong set of plans. I ended up editing the plans myself and took over the process. Strongly advise people not to use his services.
Report commissioned for change of use, passed with no issues and my new business is now open.
