Mr. B was our saviour when we were locked down, with his free delivery as far as Llanmaes. Great service. Oh - and the wine ain't half bad too!

What an absolute gem of a find. I went to Noble Grape looking for a specialist whisky, rather than the normal wine other reviewers have mentioned. Although the store is predominantly a wine merchants, there are also some superb craft whiskies on offer. The selection is smaller than the wine but the quality is top notch - rather like a classic album, every song's a winner, with absolutely no filler. The owner Richard is both helpful and knowledgeable and I'll be visiting again soon. My new favourite whisky stop.

Unfortunately, I was made to feel like some sort of lesser mortal today when talking to the owner about a particular kind of Valpolicella. ‘Not a particularly good one’, I was told by the expert in Italian wines. The fact that my husband and I had really enjoyed it whilst in Venice was smirked at as he busied himself with today’s delivery. (Of course the one I liked wasn’t stocked). He could have asked me what I liked about it, what flavours did I enjoy and then recommended a bottle of something else that I might enjoy - I’d have bought something for sure, maybe even a case! Pity.... guess I’ll go somewhere else. May I suggest customer service training?

Attended a wine tasting on Wednesday evening. It was a real joy to hear someone who loves his wine and is extremely knowledgeable share his knowledge and experience. Wines tasted were all good, and I left feeling I know a lot more about volcanic wines. I look forward to future tastings.
