From start to finish HRT (Cowbridge branch) have been amazing. Robert C who did the initial valuation is professional, friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing. Staff in the office were always polite and kept us up to date at all stages of the sale. Viewing department were so helpful and gave us good advise on how we should move the sale forward. This has been the most stressful move we have ever been involved in. The C19 crisis really didn’t help and nearly brought the sale to an abrupt end. We would like to give a special mention to Linda who helped us at the very end of the process. If it hadn’t been for Linda and her hard work over the last week, this sale wouldn’t have happened. When we are able a very big bunch of flowers are coming her way. Thanks HRT.
