My wife and i are delighted by the service that we received from HRT Cowbridge. Given the current Covid pandemic and all of the restrictions in place, the sales progression team of Michelle and Fran worked tirelessly on our behalf to achieve our completion just before Christmas when it seemed impossible that this would happen. We can't thank the whole team at HRT Cowbridge enough and would recommend them to anyone

I cannot fault the service I received from all the staff at Herbert R Thomas in Cowbridge, from Sebastian who accompanied me on my viewings to all the staff in the office who looked after me through the subsequent purchase process. They were helpful and supportive and never pushy. They were especially kind on the day of the move when there was a delay in getting the keys to my new home. I would wholeheartedly recommend this agency.
Excellent service from viewing to completion. Extremely helpful, informative staff with great communications who helped us move during a very difficult time. Thank you very much HRT.
From start to finish HRT (Cowbridge branch) have been amazing. Robert C who did the initial valuation is professional, friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing. Staff in the office were always polite and kept us up to date at all stages of the sale. Viewing department were so helpful and gave us good advise on how we should move the sale forward. This has been the most stressful move we have ever been involved in. The C19 crisis really didn’t help and nearly brought the sale to an abrupt end. We would like to give a special mention to Linda who helped us at the very end of the process. If it hadn’t been for Linda and her hard work over the last week, this sale wouldn’t have happened. When we are able a very big bunch of flowers are coming her way. Thanks HRT.
Brilliant staff and service, So helpful , not pushy and are very professional. We were trying to move from Dorset to Cowbridge and they really did pull out all the stops to help us. Credit to you all-Linda,Hannah, Sebastian ,Michelle and Fran.
