This is definitely one of the easiest courts to work with. Roosevelt is a heck of a clerk great staff!

The judge was very rude an would not let me speak about my case. He went off of assumption and didn’t even let me present my evidence. You pay for service and they won’t let you state your case. Such a waste of time. Inexperienced judges. So be aware.

To the lady who posted below. I’m thinking the judge might be right based off your review. Who says it’s defamation? U? Who’s to say u r not defamation of the other person. U sound ignorant. Do u hav proof this person took your mail? U can’t just accuse someone and think u can win based off because u said it was taken.

I just want to thank Roosevelt for his help this afternoon. Very professional and efficient.

I went to court for theft by taking, mail fraud and criminal actions, and the defendant proceeded to give information that had nothing to do with the case. I lost my case, and I think the judge should retire. When is it EVER legal to open someone else's mail to STEAL or CHANGE the contents, when I PAID for the contents and never received what I paid for? When is it LEGAL to steal from someone and get away with it? When is it LEGAL to be defamed IN a courtroom by the person being sued and the judge sides with them? This was a BAD DECISION. It has cost me money, and NO JUSTICE WAS SERVED.
