My neurosurgeon, Dr. Justin Owen, is absolutely amazing, as both a surgeon and a person. He really does care about his patients before, during and after. I even scheduled a 2nd consultation appointment with him before surgery because I was so scared and had a long list of questions...he was so very patient and kind. It made me feel so much better. His assistant, Paige, is wonderful too! I am now nearly 4 weeks post op from my L4/5 spinal fusion and have no real pain at all...just post-surgical stuff. My back pain I had for many years is completely gone. I will be referring all of my family and friends with spine problems to Dr Justin Owen.

Dr. Owen is a wonderful lifesaver. He was able to get me in quickly and told me I needed an anterior cervical discectomy fusion. He was professional answered all my questions and helped all my concerns. The surgery went great and quick. The recovery went smooth and I only took meds for a few days before moving onto otc meds. I got my energy back and nearly no pain after 3 weeks post op while I’m still recovering. I can’t wait till I’m fully recovered to see how great I’m going to feel! I also quit smoking! I’d recommend him to anyone!
Excellent surgeon!! Installed a spinal cord stimulator in my back and works wonderfully. The incisions were perfect and no issues
Answered my questions patiently and explained procedures in layman's terms. Extremely complicated neck surgery that went very well. Would highly recommend anyone with back or neck issues to consult him
