Very space apart people and warm welcoming pastor, like down to earth people! Enjoyed the sermon, was introduced to the beginnings of the pastor's son on the upcoming events and a very well understood message for the week to think about to carry through until the next Sunday. I'm considering attending another Sunday . . .

If you are looking for a congregation full of the Holy Spirit, this one's for you. Pastor Chuck is a boot's on the ground kind-of-leader, a solider for God. He know's everyone by name and care's deeply about the Church. I left a big church (in Covina) that had a Me-Centered culture towards the word of God. At this big church every Sunday, preaching seemed to focus on how the Bible was referring me and while there's nothing wrong about putting ourselves in the stories. The Bible is about Jesus! I never heard a word about repentance or Jesus' coming. NHFC is not afraid to preach the whole gospel not just the one that tickles our ears. I've been attending for 1/2 year and I feel part of the family. If you're sold out for Jesus, welcome to the family.

Newhart is a fantastic Church 2 attend on a regular basis and join. The pastors, Chuck and Marianne Cannizzaro, truly are Shepherds after God's Own Heart and a very loving caring and involved as well as accessible. The members are very friendly and there are lots of activities four members of all ages. There's also plenty of free parking behind the church.
