I had lost a plug/adaptor for my outside Christmas lights and contacted Warmeads via their excellent website to ask if they could help.A gentleman called Nigel asked for some details from the lights and said he would contact his suppliers.This he did and kept me up to date how the search was going.Nigel managed to locate one and I picked it up from the shop 2 days later.Bearing in mind I wasnt asking for an expensive electrical item he went the extra mile to locate the plug for me-you would never get that professional service in a superstore. The shop under these Covid conditions was well managed and I had a chance to view the lighting on display .As well as normal lighting there was some really bespoke lighting -really different to the run of the mill .you get from other shops I would highly recommend Warmmeads for both quality and professional service and they made my two grandsons very happy with our Christmas lights switch on .
