Good service and never queue. However you are meant to get a text when your dry cleaning is ready and I never get the text....so I have to phone in every time which is a nuisance.

Such a great service, friendly member of staff! wish I had got his name to mention him personally on here. Very informative. spoke through my options and advised what was best, and how to care for my loake's moving forward. Highly recommend, i'll go out my way to visit this store again.

I took my watch in to remove some links to shorten the bracelet, the attendant broke the bracelet and never apologised, he then proceeded to ask me if it was a cheap knock off which I found quite offensive claiming the watch was at fault and not him bashing it too hard with his tools. He recorded all the information necessary to reorder a new bracelet. This took about a month. After all this he had the cheek to charge me 8 instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused. I will never go there again Extremely unprofessional attitude. Couldn’t give a damn
