Great people and family atmosphere. It is a really top class gym where you can develop physically and mentally in a friendly manner. I'm glad that I have had a chance to find this place thank you:-)
Great place for all ages, there is always a friendly atmosphere here and everyone is made to feel welcome, staff do a great job in supporting the customers and this is truly a local community hub.
Great instructors, but the gym is too small and the gym equipment is outdated. Edit - I have to stress, upon a reply received from the owner. I have not acted in any form or manner that should be construed as being ude\ or \aggressive behaviour\. I am not sure, why these libellous remarks are being made, following an honest opinion of their establishment. I am actually quite shocked and would suggest to the owner that he/she refrains from future acts of libel.
I have been training here for about 8 years now. I joined at a time when my confidence was really low but I immediately felt at home. I was welcomed and encouraged and the boxing tuition was excellent. Everyone is encouraged and respected regardless of age, fitness or experience. I've trained here throughout chemotherapy a few years ago as I knew I was in safe hands It's now part of my recovery and return to fitness.
