The staff were very nice(90% of them), I did have to wait a little but the staff kept apologising for that. And they got the job done in 10 minute

Every time I go to the branch , staff are very professional, polite and nice.
The staff are clueless i got lyed to i was told to phone a number but they got the number wrong and i was not given money which was rightfully mine.
This place made my life more stressful than it already was. Just saying
We’ve been to NatWest Coventry and got an appointment with Mrs. Ruby regarding the steps that we need to follow to get our mortgage done. She was amazing, she helped us understood everything, explain all the steps clearly and made us move forward into our research. Will definitely come back to get our dream house!! Thaaank youuu! ️
