Buyers beware. Unfortunately my experience of this Mercedes branch and my buying experience was very poor. I have bought from Mercedes (Epsom) previously and had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, but I was told that the used 2017 Mercedes I was buying had only 1 owner and that road tax for this vehicle was 30 a year. It turns out tax is 150 a year and the car had 2 previous owners. Spoke to a manager after having bought and collected the car, who said there's nothing they can do. So just make sure that you ask to see all paperwork and buy carefully. I was too trusting. Don't take any of their words for being the truth. Check thoroughly. Apart from that, I still love my Mercedes cars.

Signage at entrance states sales starts at 8am, sales staff only move at half eight. Either change your signage or educate your sales staff.
