Every time I've had my car serviced; the people are lovely, but they always mess something up. Over promising and under-delivering every time. If you have time on your hands, and don't mind being messed about you'll be fine! If you want the work you're booked in for done, to be kept updated and want consistency - probably worth heading elsewhere

I recently bought an approved used car from the Coventry branch of Listers Volkswagen. The car was in fantastic quality, had clearly been well maintained and was very good value for money. I contacted the store to ask about finance options and the salesman, Andy, was incredibly helpful and provided clear information without making me feel under pressure to make a decision. Andy was able to answer all my questions from the finance options to questions about the car itself and everything in between, this was much appreciated as it’s my first time buying a car and so I had quite a few questions. I was able to pick the car up at a time that was convenient for me and easy to arrange. When I arrived I was met at the door by Andy and he made every effort to make the experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible, and did a great job of explaining all the technicalities to me. He was friendly and honest throughout the process which made me feel more confident about buying from him. I was able to test drive and inspect the vehicle at my own pace, there was no feeling of being rushed throughout the process. Once purchasing the car, I was given contact information and made aware that I could contact the dealership with any issues/questions I may have which I appreciate massively as this is not always the case in the retail industry. Overall I found the quality and price of the product to be surprisingly good, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout and I would definitely recommend buying from Listers Volkswagen to anybody looking for their next car

You will love them as salesman. You will hate them for service... My car went in for constant repairs on many occasions Was told somethimg was fixed got it back next day warning light not to drit car leave in P. Back in repairs another person saod tjere was nothing previously done on it. In their history for service in my cae is only half of what it was actually suppose to be.
