As someone who is (still) on furlough and is a complete amateur DIYer I found the staff here to be extremely helpful. Got some tips from YouTube (where else?!) and had a rudimentary shopping list for decorating a recently plastered bedroom. The staff recommended products for the size of the job, saving me money, as I was shopping for heavy duty decorating jobs. Massive thanks again for not being a daunting trade shop and actually treating me with respect!

Closed!? Visited the centre twice - during the week and on bank holiday - around 1pm in the afternoon. On both visits, the door/s were closed, shutters down, no cars except those belonging to students. One of the students shouted out the place is closed. Real disappointment as various websites, even the Johnstones main site, is providing inaccurate information. I'm off to another brand.
