One star only because I am trying to ring everyday and all the time the line is busy. I doubt that receptionists are on the phone all day long! All the time I miss the 8am appointments even I am punctual to ring to catch an appointment. They answer and they say try at 1pm. And don't get me started with their attitude once they answer

I visited today 20/10 and was very impressed with the process and the staff, very friendly and I felt very safe. This surgery is the best I have visited, if it wasn't for this surgery I don't know where I would be now. Well done all

my name is leonardo I have been trying for 3 months to make an appointment with a neurologist where I need a letter from the family doctor from this clinic so far in 3 months I have made 6 appointments and without any results. ..in the first phase I was told to translate the discharge from the hospital (I mention that 1 year ago I had a stroke) I left the hospital exit ticket translated at the reception as I was told with my name and phone on the envelope I waited again for 3 weeks ... I called again I was told that he did not receive anything .. I went to the reception envelope yet it was therethey said it would work ... I called after 2 weeks ... I was told that before I go to a neurologist I will have to do blood tests first ... I did them and the results came .. I called again after 2 weeks ... they told me I would receive the letter to the neurologist ... the year 2021 has come ... and I'm still sitting and waiting, I really feel like I'm being treated with indifference

What a joke tried so many times to call and when you do get someone to answer it's like they have done you a favour I would put less than half a star but it won't. What a joke of a service this place needs to be looked at and they take money from the NHS and I could get better medical advice from boots total rubbish

Unbelievable at how shocking this service is, you can never get through, never get appointment and staff not even helpful and incredibly rude. You attend on time for you're appointment as expected yet never have I ever been seen on time and have been sitting over an hour at times waiting, yet if your late you are asked to re-book. Lisa is the only decent member of staff and the only genuine person.
