Any company that has no customer services should not be permitted to operate in this modern day society. Untrained rude delivery workers. Worst experience ever.
Customer service is pretty much non-existant. Phone lines take you through to an automated response and when your package doesn't show up there is no way to get any help. Ended up having to drive to Coventry to ask if we can get the package as the delivery company seemed pretty incapable of delivering it themselves ... Surprise surprise, receptionist was as unhelpful as the rest of the experience. Still haven't gotten the delivery. ...
I've paid for the return 2 and even doesn't exist or the system can not recognize are you kidding me? Really awful service and no way to contact they didn't send me anything either I'm very disappointed with Hermes Really not good treating like that to your customers.
