The staff are not understanding to people with mental health. They don't sort sexual harassment problem out. I do not recommend this college to anyone. But with help with work they are amazing with that.

Not a hotel, lodge or b&b. Has no business advertising in late rooms. Reception closes at 6pm and does not open until 08.30. Breakfast? Provided in a paper bag. Miniature soft muffin wrapped in cling film. A clementine/satsuma? 250ml tropicana orange drink and a small snack bar. Bathroom is in the hallway and is a disabled facility. It does not smell nice. Whole place smells like a hospital. Called security to get in. Fortunately someone was working late, but they insisted on payment in advance since check out at a useful time was not possible. So then I had to insist they provide me with a valid invoice or refund. It took 15 minutes to print out an invoice. Not happy. I feel misled and ripped off.

I booked this room with the understanding as per the LateRooms website that i will pay when i arrived for my stay. Not only have they taken the money i have been waiting for over a week for my refund. I have spoken to and emailed the hotel with no one giving me a straight answer as to what is going on. I am seriously considering speaking to Trading Standards as not only has the money been debited without my authority it was also debited from my overseas account meaning i may lose money due to the pound and euro almost being equal.
