You book an appointment with the doctor for a specific hour. Call you with over an hour delay. Doctor won't reach you the first time and even though your slot time is 10 minutes, doctor won't call you a second time. Next appointment in a next week. Great service.

Highly recommended by me every doctor I have seen there have been brilliant and helped me in every possible way they can and the nurses to and all the staff at my doctors are very lovely and so kind to they always help me all of them who work's there. They have always been 100per cent all they time. My doctors is outstanding and the I have had 3 doctors surgerys but this one is been fantastic in every possible way all the doctors 100per cent every time and all the nurses are 100per cent every time and all the staff who work's there have always been 100per cent every time thank you so much for always helping me you have my heart ️ with you all. I can't recommend Engleton House Surgery enough. Their doctors, nurses and receptionist staff are fantastic. They've been extremely helpful to me, especially throughout these tough times we have all been facing. Thank you Engleton House for all your help.
