amazing staff- my car had a flat battery and they came out and went above and beyond to help me get my car going and get to work on time! would have been stuck without them. Have also given me advice regarding posting parcels in order to save on unnecessary costs!

Today I went to post my pre paid parcels but the lady in there needs to upgrade her knowledge about the parcel size.The parcel was less than 150 grams and the size was perfect to post through large letter. She scanned first parcel but than for other one she said can’t take as it won’t go through large letter but the size for large letter on Royal Mail website is L-35.3cm, W-25cm and depth-2.5cm and weight:0-750gms.She refused to take it and said i have to pay 3.10 for each parcels. I went to other post office and Posted it without any problem. Will never go here again. Avoid complete nuisance.

Post office has absolutely horrible customer service. They expect you to know everything they know about posting something and make you feel horrible and incompetent if you make a mistake. They are not interested in helping you with your order and instead will just watch you struggle. Rude and dismissive.
