Really good shop. Probably the best PC World I’ve been to. I’ve spent a lot of money here since moving to the area and every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been attentive and friendly and gone above and beyond. Curry’s should really be proud of the staff at this store.

Misselling there products in this store. Rude unhelpful manager, I went to by the lenovo smart clock and when i went to the checkout they wanted 39.99 but there display says 29.99 so after a discussion with the checkout lady turns out they put the wrong sticker next to the wrong item. I bought this up with the manager and asked him to honour the price as it was there mistake and he refused to and he refused to call the rugby store which i asked them to do because rugby sent me to this coventry store for stock, The manager was so rude he over spoke me and walked off refusing to help me. I paid 10 too much so I ended up going to rugby to get my refund there. This store should sack the manager first of all mis selling a product is against the law and his customer service was none existent and quite frankly made me feel vulnerable and attacked by his rude over speaking manner refusal to help and just walking off.

I brought a new television which I was able to wait outside and they came and delivered to my car. Good quick service and I wasn't waiting long at all emailed me to say it was ready good system in place to protect everyone.

Always liked Curry's and thought there online ordering was good. Disappointed with their collection system to car. Very straightforward to use, although you need follow a link and then complete things like order number, do end up going back to mail to copy and stay again. Coventry site was really really slow in getting the item or to us. App said 3rd in queue but waited about 10 mins for someone to come out vehicle and then proceeded to hand out half a dozen packages to different cars.

We initially ordered and paid for our son's Christmas present; which had to be delivered from another Currys store. We were given a date either for delivery or o collect - we chose the latter. When we went to collect we were advised that there had been an error thus we would be reimbursed meaning no present for our son. I was upset at the outcome but all was eventually sorted by patient Dips the manager; who had been informed of the error by his efficient colleague (sorry l didn't get your name as your name tag was reversed). But thanks to both these gents, we managed to get a replacement after driving to Leamington and were attended to by Dean who finally handed over the purchase. Thanks to all these 3 guys for their service as we were relived and our son had a super Christmas!!
