Very poor level of service and care in my experience, I dont go doctors much but always hard to get an appointment or even a call back. Some of the receptionists are rude and uninterested, not considerate. Even when visiting feel very rushed in appointment in and out in 5 minutes, tried to raise other issue but not interested and said another appointment will be needed. Have read reviews saying biased for Indians not true, it may be more specific bias to some particular indian communities only.

This is a cash only service and only for INDIAN CITIZENS, The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. The doctors consistently give wrong diagnosis... Stay away if you want to live!!

I am very happy with this surgery. I find the staff very friendly and helpful and the receptionist are lovely towards me, Bally does a great job with my blood tests. Keep up the good work all.
