According my two year experience as an Arden student, I made a good decision that I enrolled to their course. They offer great support , accessible libraries, learning materials and tutoring. Love it! Go Arden!!

Members of the management at this organisation are mentally 'broken'. I have got a UK Master's Degree of Business Administration at Level 7 (MBA), however they asked me to proof a Level 2 GCSE Math? Perhaps they should show up a strong level of education? Also, their establishment looks like just a unit of a business park. Arden University Ltd.

I had an interview invite with the head of department sent to me by their HR department which I accepted. But then the head of department sent me an invite at an earlier time on the same day. I emailed to find out which was the correct time. The interview was done online. It appeared there was no communication whatsoever between their own department's. When the interview began, the head of department claimed he could not hear me through my headphones, but I had interviews previously using the same headphones and they were all fine. I tried the same headphones on my phone and he claimed he could not her me, so it was switched to a telephone interview without me using my headphones . General questions were asked but after answering one question, he asked another question and another question regarding the same topic in attempt to trap me answering incorrectly. I was told Arden University would get back to me but they did not keep to their word. The job itself was based onsite at their Birmingham city centre study campus, so I asked for clarification regarding this to ascertain if this was true but he said I would have to physically cover their Coventry site which was not mentioned anywhere on the application or job description, he said this was due to staff being on holiday. Not sure if the place is short staffed. The job description stated remote support which i would have been happy to do but it would have been professional to state this in the application that physical on site cover would be needed. I would have been happy to physically cover Coventry if it was written in the application, seemed to change as they went along. The interview was for an entry level job which included offering training/teaching to users, however I feel the salary they were offering was not high enough compared to the other companies. The interview felt rushed. I have read other reviews from students. Overall, I would not recommend or use this company to work or study.
