Incredible service and beautiful display of bouquet. I tried another company before for my anniversary and was very disappointed in the service and quality of the product, so I decided to go with this company for Valentine’s Day. This company is well and truly amazing and my partner was ecstatic with her flowers they were beautiful.

Lovely flowers and my Girlfriend loved them too however I ordered 12 red roses and when they were delivered there was only 10 GF didn't mind though and loved how they looked.
Not only were the flowers beautiful and arranged in a gorgeous basket but the staff went out of their way to get the flowers delivered when I had made a mistake on the delivery date. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.
To say I am delighted with my experience at Covent Garden Flowers would be an understatement! I have used them twice in the last few months, for a best friend’s birthday during lockdown and my Aunty’s 50th birthday while I am living away. Both times they exceeded my expectations with what I asked for. The smile in the second photo says it all!! Beautiful colours, always fresh as a daisy (no pun intended!), and impeccably presented. Wouldn’t dream of using another florist in Cardiff
