I travel to Edina quite a bit for business. I went to the Cove last night for dinner. It is so nice to see restaurants open again in Minnesota. The atmosphere and service was fantastic. I have been here before and love the food. I got some sushi for the first time, and I was very surprised how good it was. I also started with a salad. I highly recommend the Cove. You will not be disappointed.

Brian Sharpe the executive chef is a culinary mastermind! We were also extremely satisfied and pleased with normalcy and friendly environment provided by the entire staff. We will definitely be returning and recommending COV to our friends and family!
Had an absolutely amazing time! Had the mussels as an app and the sea bass as my entree and both were out of this world! Had a mule also which was fantastic! Services was fast and friendly too! Highly recommended!
We only had sushi and a app. But I can tell you one thing DON'T GO HERE FOR SUSHI. The grade of sushi is low and they cover that up with sauces. Went with a prominent chef from a well known restaurant in Robbinsdale. The chips and guac w/lobster was delicious. But that was it. That being said I will be back to try a different dish but lunch sushi was not a good choice.
Decided to venture out for date night and I will tell you this place is awesome. Atmosphere cannot be beat and food is delicious. The buger is amazing and so is the grilled cheese!
