I usually love this bakery, however, I was very disappointed with the recent poor customer service I received from one staff member named Jo. She was very rude and I think she would benefit from taking a customer service course. Her attitude has really put me off ever going back there again which is a real shame.

First visit since it expanded. Very pleased with how friendly the staff were and the reasonable prices. Very clean and tidy. Had a cup of hot chocolate that was silky smooth!! Would recommend that it is given a try!!
