Similar story to others. 500 deposit then never shows up to do the work nor answer phone calls regarding his deposit. Sadly uses the Niagara Falls Country Club as a reference, which is very misleading to the public. Thankfully we have since found a reliable, professional surface repair company that does excellent quality work at a fair price in a timely manner and DOES NOT ask for money up front.

Courts & More was contracted to resurface 2 tennis courts in a municipal park in July of 2015. After providing a down payment (third of the project cost) for supplies/materials, and many months of phone calls that weren't returned, Russ (the owner) finally began work the following year July 2016. The process was slow and they dragged their feet on the job. By August of 2016 the job had still not been completed and the owner contacted our department asking for more money to continue the work. By the time the project was finally completed it was September of 2016 (one year after the projected completion date). Now after only two seasons of use the court has several major cracks to the point that the court has been closed for repair. Russ has not returned any calls to remedy the poor job his company did. (A couple pictures are attached) With no call returned we've begun reaching out to other court servicing contractors. Signature Sport Surfaces (Grand Island) responded immediately to the call and have agreed to fix the cracks as a courtesy at no charge. A company fixing another company's mess, now that's customer service. Don't use Courts & More, you will regret it.
Caught owner trespassing around on one of my closed job sites on an early Sunday Morning where gates were unchained to enter.
They do exceptional high quality work, I've always found the owner and his crew to be very conscientious and they keep us well informed as their do their work. Our courts have never looked better. Highly recommend.
I am the President of a large residential condominium development located in Williamsville, NY. In April I delivered a 3,000 check to Russell Reinegal owner of Courts and More to resurface our community tennis court. He did NOTHING for 3 months but make excuses why he could not start work. Time and again he promised he would show but never did. I called. texted, and emailed to him to no avail. After months of this we decided in June to cancel the work. At which time he said he would refund the initial deposit. It is August now and he has not refunded the money even though several times promising he would. Save yourself from this guy.Avoid him. I wish I did.
