Richard Gadoury REALTOR® Comox Valley Real Estate

Richard was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. It was obvious from the start that he had our best interests in mind at all times and never pressured us in any decision making. Also, his attention to detail was amazing for providing all relevant information about each and every property. We highly recommend using his professional services.

Richard is an outstanding realtor! I bought my dream home with him . He made sure to all the details were completed. He also mastered to sell my house during the worst time to sell....beginning of Covid. He did it all with a smile. He knows his business inside out and is the most ethical realtor I have ever met! And he speaks French!!! Highly recommended !!!

Richard helped me buy two properties; one home and one investment. I have previously purchased several homes for myself and one other investment condo, so I have experience with multiple realtors. Richard is as personable and professional as they come. He’ll take good care of you. He’s attentive, knowledgeable, quick with responses, and thorough, and also very easy to get along with. He’ll tell you outright if he has any concerns about a property. This is not an agent who’s only put for your money. I highly recommend Richard Gadoury; you won’t be disappointed.

When we started thinking about purchasing a property in Courtenay, we didn't know anybody there, so we googled \the best real estate agent in Comox Valley\ and Richard's ad popped up. We contacted him and he truly was the best thing that could have happened to us when buying our first property. He was very pro-active, communicative, professional but friendly, trying to get us the best deal possible. We recommend Richard 100% and we can not be more thankful to him!
