customer support is worst. emailed and requested hundred times to delete the content i accidentally uploaded but never responded with solution instead kept making excuses that they are looking over it and kept saying that I should not hestitate to email them.

It's a great scam. For a kid, it can help them with a tough assignment by providing work done by someone else, LITERALLY SOME OTHER KIDS WORK. For an adult, be vary wary. Been charged two years in a row for a subscription that was never used. Canceled 2 years ago and canceled again this year. You won't win because it's a subscription, even if the card Course Hero submits isn't valid. Who submits a charge to an expired card on a service not used? Sour grapes, you bet. My kid gave them my paypal 3 years ago for a trial membership, they charged ever since. Didn't have my name, my address or other PII, just my paypal email for billing. Had to use my kids info to find out any information, even after calling because my name wasn't in their system. BE AWARE WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION or allowing your child to enter something on their website.

Also love that they allow you to receive free unlocks by uploading your own documents. Overall, if I was still taking classes, I would continue to use their services. Highly recommended

I’d give 0 stars if it would let me still give my review!!! I canceled my subscription about a year and a half ago and noticed on my account that I was charged today! Lookout people something dishonest going on here! Check your accounts! Also I had to call the bank to stop payment with them when I did cancel over a year ago because when I checked my account I was paying for two accounts for the duration of my time with them. So when I canceled one, one was still charging me! Just a heads up because honest people are a big indicator of someone you want to do business with, hence dishonest people..... well you get the message! Be careful folks!

HORRIBLE! I canceled my account with them over a year ago and noticed a charge 120 today! I called in immediately to find out what it was for and to get my money back, the teller was so RUDE! He kept demanding more information than I knew he needed (he wanted my full banking info). Save yourself time & money and stay far away from this place.
