Quality of food is dependent on the restaurant from which orders are made. Customer service of Deliveroo ser pe is in dire need of improvement. After over 3 months and 32 emails of toing and froing with their customer service, their office has still failed to refund months of improperly charged \Deliveroo Plus\ subscription. On each instance, a customer service representative will say that the charges have been reversed, and yet each 27th of the month, like clockwork, I get charged 10.99EUR. It's been 4 months already and a \Senior Customer Care\ representative is telling me the same thing and the issue has not yet been resolved.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Joke of a delivery service. Use this attempt of application only if you wish to receive half of your order. Otherwise use some real delivery services.

Order #1886 never delivered and I was invoiced the order! This is unacceptable! No customer service to help!

Waited on my food for 3 hours, then when I wrote to customer service about refund, they just marked my order as “delivered” and left chat where i asked for refund
