A lot of shops, various prices, social distance is relatively respected. It's good you have pretty few restaurants/different food. Good for all kind of shopping for adults, elderly, kids or toddlers.

I was a bit disappointed as there are hardly any decent clothes shops for men and women. A lot of shops had shut down too due to COVID which is a real shame.
Crawley County mall is actually decent, unless you live closer to Brighton, I'd definitely suggest coming here, County mall has a lot of variety of shops both inside and outside the mall, coffee shop with every glance, if your hungry there is a food court which has a good mix, you could easily spend a couple of hours walking around and getting lost in shopping, before the pandemic I would have said that the mall was a good place to meet up with friends or family but due to the rules etc, but once its under control it would definitely be a good place to catch up with family etc, but for now avoid it, fair play to the County mall they have tried to make its covid secure but unfortunately people don't seem to look at the floor signs etc but it is what it is.
Reasonable mix of shops. Has well known high street stores like Debenhams, WH Smith, Boots, F Hinds, H Samuel's etc. as well as some larger chains like BM homestores and The Entertainer toy shop. Plenty of eateries ranging from coffee shops to popular places like Subway and Burger King. Also smaller food and drink shops and stands such as Shakeaway, Krispy Kreme and Ci-tea bubble tea. Sadly a fair few closed premises though that need to be filled.
Very pretty and the flooring is stunning to look from. There are not many restaurants or bar that we’ve seen but it’s placed in a central location so out of it you will find some more places where to eat with a minute walk. It has a big parking space with accessible entrances. The toilets are tricky to find as indications inside are not precise. Many shops and much choice.
