Asked for a return call from Dan. Was told he was out of the shop, I'll have him call you. Never called! Use to get my bike serviced there all the time, until they got, apparently, too busy for my service. Excuses of being out of town or being busy. Got sick of it! many other shops a lot closer for me, without all the excuses. Don't waste your time or money.

Dan has been such a great help from day 1. I purchased a watercraft from a different dealer and ran into a lot of issues and made me never want a watercraft ever again. Dan gave me insight on when a good time to buy the watercraft at a good price. Being new to watercraft, Dan has been extremely supportive when it comes to my 2000 questions I have for him on a monthly basis. He has maintained his professionalism since day 1 and has been nothing but a great guy who wants the best for me. It’s rare to find people who look forward to building relationships. Coming from a hospitality based service myself; Dan has exemplified 5 star service from day 1. Very intelligent, compassionate and friendly. Dan is the number 1 reason why I chose Yamaha and will forever stick this way. The old saying, “why change something if it’s working,” applies here and our relationship has grown and his help has been that much more of an addition.
