Poor quality, turf cut at different thicknesses and lengths. Weeds and clover present. When asking for a refund became extremely abusive on the telephone after I had provided photo evidence to justify my claim for a refund. I am still trying to get a refund from this company. I have also posted a photo of the response I recieved. In reply to your response. It is totally incorrect. You were the person making threats, which I have a recording of and the police have been notified. You told me and I am paraphrasing here, to crawl back under the rock I came from or you would put me there, you were going to turn me into a disabled person, you said to me that I was unaware of what you were capable of but I would find out, this is not a threat this is what will happen, you would come to my home and deal with me, yet you are unprepared to come and inspect the faulty product. These are just a few of the things you threatened to do to me and my partner. I have notified trading standards as requested to by the police and will be continuing to help both parties with their investigations into your violence and malpractice in business. All I wanted from you was a sensible resolution but you are not even willing to discuss the situation or inspect the product. The original photos from immediately after installation were sent to you that you can clearly see faults in and you are still in denial. This is a disgusting way to treat any customer never mind a repeat customer, who praised your product when first used and even recommend to other people but unfortunately the same level of service is sadly not available from your company anymore.
