I agree with the other reviewer. The staff is unprofessional, unpleasant and outright rude. They do not take their jobs seriously and do not care about the City. They do a poor job. It’s just too bad City Council doesn’t do anything about it even though they have constant complaints.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. An extremely rude lady works in the office. I have been here a couple times and the first day she was rude and talked to me like I’m stupid when I asked where to go (since I’m not from there). The most recent time I was in, she started snickering/laughing at me when I told her I wanted to pay my ticket. That’s just flat out unprofessional.
