Our dog Lola has been going here for the last 2 years and she loves it, she always comes back happy (and tired) which shows us she's had a great time. She is always excited to go. The staff are super friendly and attentive and very prompt at responding to booking requests. I would really recommend this kennels for any dog.

Left my dog here for a few days. On arrival all staff were very polite, however when collecting her we noticed that the water bowl was empty in her kennel, the kennels smelt badly. As leaving we was also informed that she had yet to be fed. On closer inspection we noticed she was dirty and smelly, once home she gulped two bowls of water and ate all food that was given to her. However since returning home her behaviour has been very off she is scared and not as energetic as usual. We will not recommend this kennel, and personally will not be using them again.

Absolutely amazing they looked after our staffy Krystal and we felt so at ease leaving her there the staff are amazing especially Abbey..... a big thank you to you all x

Our new puppy went to kennels for a week and had a lovely time , no problems at all , staff very attentive and approachable and reassuring at all times , Neil was exceptional and really made us feel at ease , would definitely go again
