Fantastic apartment building

The apartments are beautiful and kept many aspects of the old cotton mill of which it was built from. There are a total of 32 units in the complex. The apartments vary depending upon where in the apartment building you live. Some of the apartments are a single level and have high, loft style ceilings, some have regular style ceilings, and others have a mix where part of the apartment is single level with high, loft style ceilings but have a second level bedroom. No two apartments are exactly the same. Some apartments have washer drier hook-ups, others do not, but there is a laundry room on the bottom level. The community is diverse, housing several different types of people. With every apartment complex, there are good and bad/pros and cons and it is what you make of it. One major con for me is that the parking has poor drainage and holds a lot of water when it rains. A pro is that it is pet friendly, but there is a pet deposit due the same time as your safety deposit. The pet addendum has changed several times, however, and there are breed restrictions on dogs. As far as apartments go, they are affordable and you get a lot for a little. Rent is based off income and amount of occupants. There are only 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, but each offers lots of space. Given the amount of space to play with, they could have better utilized it to make the kitchen and bathrooms larger considering they are rather small. Give the location (Hawkinsville), it is a great central hub for surrounding cities such as Cordele, Eastman, Dublin, Cochran, Perry, Warner Robins, and Macon. All in all it's definitely worth looking into if you are in need of an affordable apartment. The application process is lengthy and requires a lot of paperwork, some of which has to be notarized.
