Excellent service from the Parts department. Always a pleasure dealing with Phil Ennis whether by email or on the phone. I wanted a set of number plates made up and Stuart Cummings stayed behind to save me a repeat trip after I got stuck in traffic. The Cheltenham showroom is one of the best I've seen, only just topped by BMW Welt in Munich but this has to be to the latest brand standards and one of the most impressive facilities in the UK. BMW Motorrad looks impressive too from the outside!

The parts department here are excellent. Great prices and the customer service is top notch. I was a bit of a pain and ordered a set of ignition coils separately for my M3 and the ecommerce guys were patient and friendly in processing my international order. My first dealing with BMW Cheltenham was when the battery on my 2014 BMW i3 needed attention which was handled very well. Battery issues are very rare but that despite this the service department was very good and my i3 has been working soundly ever since. I’ve had inspections, recalls and repairs done here. I can’t rate them highly enough. Their BMWi department are highly professional and personable. I look forward to using them in the future. Nice to see free chargers on site too.

I was expecting an excellent customer service in a place like this, but soon after the entrance greeting all vanished away. I mentioned I was shopping around and there was no longer any interest for showing me any cars nor for answering my questions. I almost had to beg for seeing the inside of a car and still @Dave Rogers managed to avoid it. I can't really understand how @Dave Rogers manages to sell cars and he dared to provide a business card. I had a tough BMW/ Mercedes dilema, but @Dave Rogers easily helped me solving it today.
