You can develop the taste of Coto by adding soy sauce and sambal... The Buras tasted authentic... Like no others, the place does not serving tissue (even though it is from organic material - pulp-) and also straw from plastic, washable bamboo straw instead (I believe stainless steel straw is better to be used)
