Highly recommend. We got a standalone stove with stone cladding. They bricked up a door for us and even managed to dash the brickwork so that it fits perfectly with the rest of the house! The guys in Cosyhome are a pleasure to deal with. They have a fantastic attention to detail, they are professional and work quickly and cleanly. From start to finish they were a dream to deal with and we are delighted with the job - everything was finished to the highest standard.
Great guys to work with. Super professional and easy going. They came one day to talk about the job and take measurements. On the second day, a full fireplace was done... Stove, stones, black marble, oak and the full installations in one day. Incredibly clean, fast, worked flat out, without cutting any corners. I was impressed to the attention to detail. Simply great.
Traveled a long distance (for an extra 100) and did a good job installing the stove. One star deducted for not wearing a mask and requesting full payment on the day of installation without furnishing an invoice.

Very disappointed, my order was cancelled the night before installation. I had paid a deposit of 400 for a fireplace and stove. Total agreed price was 2400 supply and fit and removal of old one . The night before installation she txt me and said that she can only give me a 6kw stove but we had agreed to a 6.5 kw stove, secondly l was asked to remove the old fireplace myself this was 22:08 at night which wasn't part of my agreement also . I was also asked to have ready 75 for installer to dispose the old one which again was a new charge to my original agreement.As l said to the person txt me (Rita) that l would accept 6 kw but l wasn't qualified enough to remove the old one and l wasn't going to pay anything extra, she cancelled the order on me which was very unprofessional l believe. You can't treat people like that. I was waiting almost 2 weeks for them to install, now l have to wait another two weeks for someone else to install a new fireplace. When l think about it, l get very frustrated. Very unfair treatment
Got a insert stove and stone cladding on Chimny Brest, top job. Highly recommend cosyhome, done a fantastic job, in and out in one day, with top quality work done, can’t fault them in any way, well apart from they left my sitting room cleaner than it was before they started the work great work done in one day, thanks lads for top quality job, couldn’t be happier with it, and any one that’s seen it since it’s been done can’t believe how well it looks. 10 stars instead of 5 lads
I can't recommend cosyhome enough. I got a new insert stove installed and I absolutely love it. It looks incredible. Gunter was so professional, fast and efficient and the room was left cleaner than before they started. They were in and out in less than a day. I couldn't have asked for better. I wish I could add a photo to show it off. It's like something from a magazine. I loved dealing with cosyhome. They were really flexible, came over late in the evening to give me a quote and see my house and really listened to what I wanted. The price was really competitive and they have a fantastic selection of stoves. You'd be crazy to pass these guys by. They are fantastic.
