There is a wow factor as you walk in. The decor of this themed restaurant is amazing. I loved the call back to Victorian times. The food is on par with what you would expect. Cooked well and tasty. Good range of menu choices with something for everyone. Service is ok and prices match expectations. We have eaten here several times and each time had felt special.
Visited for evening meal and breakfast, absolutely excellent, clean and felt very safe. One party member is gluten free and the staff are excellent at accommodating for this, lots of menu options that can be altered to suit.
Absolutely fabulous service. Food was fantastic. Our waitress Alexandra was an absolute pleasure! Will definitely return. Especially if we know she is our server! She knows how to refill a glass with a hole in..And provide the best customer experience. Thank you xx Hope you're reading this Alexandra. Definitely recommend.
Just went for some drinks but a very nice experience overall. No real complaints apart from it being not immediately obvious where to go upon entering the building. But fantastic atmosphere and it was obvious staff had made the effort in terms of dressing to match the vibe of the venue.
